Laughing reduces stress and makes you happier. It relieves emotional tensions that could make us look taut and sad. It sends off positive vibes that brightens your spirits and takes off harmful thoughts from your mind. A sad mind is often not the best form of feeling but a little laughter could make you forget your sorrows for a while. It takes off your pains and makes you much brighter.
